Can a movie year define a personality? It shouldn't. Too reductive, right? Yet, 25 years later, that's exactly how I feel about 1999. Even if Fight Club and Matrix had been the only movies on this list. Looking at the rest, from Office Space to Magnolia...it's just insane.
